The event was a great success. The day proved to be very popular for enthusiasts and families as well. All trains were busy and an extra coach had to be added through the day due to the numbers. All locos performed well, 37423 was a welcome addition to the rear of the train all day to provide heat to the coaches! Many thanks to DRS, WCRC and the Ruston 906 Group for lending us locomotives for the day. The driver experience within the station limits also proved popular on the day as well.
